Dinner with some friends

So the party went down pretty well. On Friday, my flat invited over some good friends we've got to know over the past year and introduce them to some Malaysian hospitality. This only means one thing, food. The menu for the night was bacon wrapped sausages, siu yuk (roasted pork belly), carbonara, barbeque ribs, chocolate sheet cake, and raspberry crumble. All three of us were busy cooking all day.

I absolutely love cooking. Cleaning up not so much. When I cook, music will be blasting from the speakers while I shamelessly sing/rap along. Who knew Jay-Z could be so therapeutic. The kitchen has to be my favourite place in the flat. Makes it worth the distance, being relatively far as we're right at the end of Marchmont Road.
